The study aimed at assessing the Challenges faced by learning using the e-learning platform during covid-19 pandemic in Mackay Memorial Secondary School. The objectives were; to examine the challenges associated with e-learning during COVID-19, and to suggest the possible measures that can help boost education system of Uganda from covid-19 problems  The study used descriptive research design; the study will employ this research design as a quantitative analysis. Sample size of the respondents comprised of 50 respondents that were selected from teachers, students, administrators and parents of Mackay Memorial College. The researcher used random sampling technique in all units because they had to select the best samples that would provide the most relevant information
